The Kabaal Lokaal music production curriculum is divided into 11 modules:

DAW, instruments, effects, audio & MIDI, equipment

Oscillators, waveforms, synthesis types

Patching modules, modulating and sequencing signals

Creating purposeful and complex presets

Recording and editing sounds into samples

Balancing all elements, finalising before exporting

Operating common software and hardware

Discover- and develop your artistic identity

Concept/theme, tension curve, setup

Modern electronic music theory and gear

Insightful knowledge about (digital) sound and acoustics

Each course consists of at least 4 sessions.

Each session lasts 90 minutes.
Lessons can be given in Dutch or English.

In 4 weeks you’ll master Ableton Live, aiming to complete a music production.
Use of other studio hardware not included.

In 4 weeks you’ll understand and operate hardware such as synthesizers, drum machines, modular gear, and mixers.

Create your own 4-session package based on topics that interest you.
Monthly extensions available.
